ADP’s team attended internal workshops held by the Company to uplift the current Organizational Development plans, to enhance ADP’s creative workplace culture. The workshops also aim to assess the challenges and gaps facing ADP and to recognize the best solutions to tackle these challenges and gaps. Applying a combination of creativity and practical standers, the team listed several options to develop the organization and prepare it to the next level. Workshops included side seminars that enlightened ADP’s team on subjects such as finance and accounting. These seminars were delivered by ADP’s experts who specializes in these majors and who participating with ADP in some projects led by the Company.
