Abdullah is currently part of a specialized legislative advisory team and has prepared several legislations for the Saudi Ministry of Industrial Cities and Technology Zones “Modon”.

Experience: he worked in many projects including governance and he had unique administration skills in internal organization and governance and supervise internal compliance with administrative procedures organizing the inputs to the company and supervising the automation process, which represents an added value for ADP and a high-quality impact on the administrative work within the company.
Qualifications: Holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Khartoum in 1999.
Experience: Working for many international and local law firms with comprehensive experience in legal consultancy and experienced in governance, compliance, risks, contract drafting and regulations with strong knowledge and experience in Saudi laws and regulations.

Experience: 27 years of experience in legal services market in Saudi Arabia through working with most respective international law firms, Norton Rose is one of them. Licensed Arbitrator. Worked with several national legislating projects in Saudi Arabia.

He worked in a number of workplaces where he was the legal representative before Labor Court and General Court. Experience: Rakan has started with ADP LAW before he graduates from university, specifically in 2018, as he was representing some of our clients in General Court and at the Committees For Banking And Financial Disputes And Violations. Rakan has developed his litigation skills with us, and now he is handling more sophisticated lawsuits in Commercial Court.
Qualifications: Holds bachelor degree with first honor from School of Psychology at Al Imam Mohammad Bin Saud University. Licensed psychiatric from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. Experience: Abdullah worked as Consulting support Psychologist with the representative of Psytech International in the region. Abdullah currently works in ADP LAW as Head of Administrative Services who uplift work modules and upgrade communication within ADP LAW projects teams and between ADP LAW and its clients.

Abdullah is in charge of a number of lawsuits in General Court and Administrative Court, also Abdullah is handling lawsuits in Electric Industry Disputes Chamber.
Qualifications: Abeer graduated from King Saud University in 2013. Experience: Abeer is experienced in drafting and reviewing agreements, especially administrative contracts. Abeer is a pioneer lawyer in medical industry in Saudi Arabia. She was a member of proposals assessment committee in Ministry of Health. Abeer has joined ADP LAW in 2018 she is an added value to our team.

Experience: Mohammed has joined to ADP LAW coming from Alinma Tokyo Marine insurance company (listed company). he is expert in insurance laws and CMA’s regulations, also he is expert in Sharia law issues. Litigation, contract drafting, and legislations draft and review are part of Mohammed daily work tasks.

Experience: Litigation and restructuring expert for more than ten years. worked with several private and public entities including Royal Commission for Riyadh Development Authority and MOIA. Abdullah is leading our Litigation Department and he is an active member of our Board.

Qualifications: Registered German legal and finance service provider since 2006. Mr. Habibzada received his CFA from Germany in 2010. Experience: has broad experience in World Trade Organization treaties and the European Trade Union Confederation. Mr. Habibzada enjoys more than 20 years of experience as commercial and nonprofit organizations in Europe, UK, and Gulf region.
Qualifications: Mohammad graduated from Sharjah University in UAE in 2016. Experience: Mohammad has extensive experience in providing legal services to commercial entities . He has work experience in Dubai and Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. Mohammad is assigned to supervise sister companies of ADP Law.
